When you call us or submit the contact form, we collect what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, the service address or vehicle location, gate or community details when relevant, and a description of the job. This website has no accounts, and we do not collect payment card details through it.
Your details are used only to answer your request, send a technician, complete and document the work, support warranties, and meet legal and licensing record-keeping duties. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it with marketers.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows; California is a two-party consent state, and any recording will be announced. Text messages are used only to coordinate your appointment.
This is a static information website and sets no advertising cookies. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first.
Service records, invoices and, for security-sensitive jobs like key origination and safe opening, ownership-verification notes, are kept as long as licensing, tax, and warranty rules require, then deleted or anonymized.
